We are hiring for the following positions for an ongoing villa construction project in Kuwait:

*Mason*
1) Must have hands-on experience in blockwork, plastering, and tile fixing specific to villa interiors and exteriors
2) Able to work on high-finish detailing and small-structure alignment, including arches, trims, and decorative stonework
3) Must understand architectural drawings and work under minimal supervision on-site

*Plumber*
1) Should be experienced in residential plumbing installations, including PVC/CPVC piping, sanitary fittings, and water tanks
2) Knowledge of concealed piping, pressure testing, and drainage systems as per villa construction standards
3) Must be capable of reading plumbing layout drawings and handling site modifications efficiently

*Steel Fixer*
1) Should have experience in bending, cutting, and tying rebar for foundations, columns, and slabs in residential villas
2) Must be able to read structural drawings and ensure reinforcement work meets specifications
3) Familiarity with safety and QA/QC practices for steel fixing on small-to-medium scale residential sites is essential

General Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in villa or housing construction projects

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

In case of Kuwait then with a transferable Visa (Article 18)

Job Description:
We seek skilled and experienced Residential Electricians to handle all types of electrical work in villas, apartments, and residential complexes. The ideal candidate should be familiar with low-voltage systems, internal wiring, residential electrical appliances, and distribution boards maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain electrical wiring, sockets, switches, light fixtures, and DB panels in residential settings

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within homes and apartments

Read blueprints and technical diagrams for new installations

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local building codes

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance in residential units

Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and building contractors

Qualification & Criteria: Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent certification

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing our residential construction projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects, from excavation to finishing.
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage and supervise excavation work, ensuring soil stability and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Lead the deployment, scheduling, and maintenance of *heavy equipment and fleet machinery* on site.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design and construction alignment.
